Our Day Care service offers a structured day activity program for older people who may be socially isolated or require support.

Members enjoy a hot, nutritious three-course lunch, morning and afternoon refreshments, and a wide variety of activities ranging from gentle exercise and quizzes to musical entertainment and crafts. personal care support is available from our trained staff.

The Dementia Café provides a relaxed and supportive environment for people with dementia and their carers. It's a place to meet others in a similar situation, share experiences, and access information and support.

We offer a light lunch and refreshments, along with activities that engage and stimulate memory and conversation.

The "Keeping In Touch" (K.I.T.) Club is designed for more active seniors who want to maintain their social connections and independence.

Groups meet for coffee, chat, and various activities. It's a great way to make new friends and stay involved in the community.

Our Outreach Service brings support directly to you. Whether you need help with shopping, attending appointments, or just some companionship at home, our dedicated staff are here to help.
